Adaptation of the ZSP-4 building segment at 2 Gwarecka Street in Ruda Śląska for the purposes of the Joint Services Centre The subject of the study is the conversion and change of the method of use of part of the rooms in segment `B` of the building of the Complex of Schools and Nursery School No. 4, together with the construction of an external lift and parking spaces for passenger cars. The scope of the multi-industry project includes the conversion and adaptation of existing educational rooms for office and administrative purposes. The investment assumes ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs, the construction of an external lift together with its foundation, the necessary replacement of window and door joinery, and adapting segment B to the requirements of fire protection. Construction works will be carried out in part of the ground floor and the first floor, as well as over the entire area of the last two storeys (the second and third floors).
