TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of the Adaptation of the historic Walcownia Metali (Metal Rolling Mill) building together with the development of the surrounding area. As part of the project, the revitalisation and adaptation for new functions of the historic building, i.e. the former Sheet Rolling Mill Hall, are planned; the revitalisation of the building’s surroundings, including clearance of rubble and levelling of the site; disposal of hazardous and environmentally harmful materials discovered during earthworks and construction works; the construction of new internal road infrastructure together with car parks and infrastructure intended for pedestrians (walkways, squares); and the construction of new blue-green infrastructure.
