TENDER DESCRIPTION
The EU procurement concerns the following tasks: • Administration • Accounts • Utility accounts • Move-in and move-out • Preparation of plans for operation and maintenance • Planned maintenance projects • Tenant democracy • Advising residents in the event of changes to rent etc. for approximately 400 elderly and nursing home residents (hereinafter referred to as the dwellings) • Administration of service areas The total scope of the EU procurement comprises approximately 400 elderly and nursing home dwellings, however at most 440 elderly and nursing home dwellings with associated service areas. This is solely an estimate, which is not binding on the contracting authority.
