TENDER DESCRIPTION
Keva (later also the Contracting Entity) requests tenders for Adobe software usage rights and the related distribution and management service. In addition to the usage rights defined in the description of the subject matter of the procurement, Keva must also be able to order other Adobe software usage rights during the contract period. The Contracting Entity does not commit to any procurement quantities. Based on the tender competition, one service provider will be selected. The contract is valid for a fixed term of thirty-six (36) months. After the fixed-term contract period, the contract continues for an indefinite period. Keva (later also the Contracting Entity) requests tenders for Adobe software usage rights and the related distribution and management service.
