TENDER DESCRIPTION

Compact loader 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a compact loader. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract, while the requirements regarding performance of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ – Draft contract. 3. Equivalence clause: 1) Pursuant to the provisions of Article 99(5) and Article 101(4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions for supplies, works, materials, systems, fulfilling the requirements specified in the procurement documents. The Contracting Authority stipulates that in all places where, in the content of Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract, which constitutes the description of the subject of the contract, trade marks, patents, or the origin of devices or materials have been indicated in the description, they should be treated exclusively as proposals.
