TENDER DESCRIPTION

For many homes in the city, that basic quality is not yet in order. Significant investments in insulation and maintenance are needed. To realize this challenge, considerable effort is made to inform, activate, involve and investigate the homes of our target groups before decision-making and actual implementation of the proposed measures take place. Owners and residents are fully relieved of worries in this approach if they wish. Within the assignment, the focus of lot 1 is on informing and activating residents. Activating Homeowners Associations (HOAs) is also included. What we want to achieve is: Obtaining the support of homeowners, private landlords, and members of Homeowners Associations by informing, supporting, advising, and guiding them towards taking appropriate insulation steps in the home (HOA approach). Obtaining the support of homeowners and members of Homeowners Associations in vulnerable socioeconomic positions towards taking (small) energy-saving measures.
