The contract involves the integral architectural and structural design for the new build of De Atlas in Dordrecht, a school for special education with approximately 2,185 m² gross floor area (BVO). The advisor elaborates the design from the SO (statement of design) phase up to and including the TO/bill of quantities phase, coordinates this with users, the contracting authority and other advisors, and ensures that coherence, quality and feasibility are maintained within the financial limits.
