TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procedure Tender by means of the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: www.breda.nl. Assignment The assignment concerns the management, maintenance, and further development of the municipal AED network of Breda. The contractor is responsible for centrally managing the AEDs, including periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, replacement of batteries and electrodes, troubleshooting, and quickly making used AEDs operational again. Lots This assignment is not divided into lots. Objective The objective of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a duration of two (2) years, starting from 1 January 2027. The client has the sole right to extend this two (2) times by one (1) year. The decision regarding these extensions is based on evaluation of the delivered performance.
