TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Main-Taunus district (Main-Taunus-Kreis) intends to renovate the sports hall of the Albert-Einstein-Schule, Ober der Röth 1-5 in 665824 Schwalbach am Taunus. The following work is to be carried out in particular: Drywall construction works: - approx. 180 m² metal stud walls, double stud walls, partition lining boards - approx. 295 m² partition boards directly fixed </= 10.00 m, ball-impact resistant incl. air-tight vapour barrier - approx. 35 m pipe/service line cladding, ball-impact resistant - approx. 82.5 m dry plaster 20 mm GKFI to STB columns, sports hall - approx. 430 m² acoustic slotted/egg-crate ceiling - approx. 80 m² hygienic acoustic slotted/egg-crate ceiling - F30 suspended ceilings in the area of existing ceiling openings in different sizes (60/60, 80/80, 120/120 and 120/150 cm) - 10 pcs. reveal cladding of light domes in different sizes (100/100 and 120/120 cm) - 18 pcs. reveal cladding of light domes in the size 200/200 cm, ball-impact resistant - approx. 315 m steel beam cladding F30 in different dimensions Execution deadlines (§ 5 VOB/B): within 12 working days after receipt of the request by the contracting authority (§ 5 paragraph 2 sentence 2 VOB/B).
