TENDER DESCRIPTION

The overall objective of the contract is to support Malagasy authorities in developing a resilient blue economy in response to climate change in the north of the Menabe region. This involves identifying a flagship project at the level of the Menabe region, combining socio-economic development issues (in particular through the artisanal fishing sector), preservation of natural capital (by protecting/restoring mangrove ecosystems) and mobilising human capital that takes into account the climate vulnerabilities of the territories and of the populations living there.
