TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Defence Radio Establishment (FRA) invites tenders for a new business system, in accordance with a negotiated procedure in two stages. The FRA currently uses the ERP business system delivered by Unit4. The system is installed at the FRA, which itself is responsible for ongoing operations and management. The need is for a business system that, in an appropriate manner, administers the authority’s finances with support from applicable legislation during peacetime, crisis and war. With this procurement, the FRA is requesting a system delivered on-premises. The procurement includes, among other things, implementation including completion of integrations, authority-specific adaptations, establishment of production and test environments, and consulting support during and after implementation, training, and support/maintenance. Functionality requested for the future system is, for example, a procurement module, functionality for scanning, interpretation and handling of paper and pdf invoices, accounts payable, accounting, accounts receivable, fixed asset register, and budgets and forecasts.
