Affidamento del servizio di Evoluzione sistema contabile CSEA SAP - Migrazione a SAP S4 HANA per la Cassa per i Servizi Energetici e Ambientali

The contract duration is 36 months, starting from the date of the last signature of the contract or the effective start date of the activities, and continuing until the exhaustion of the foreseen economic resources. The CSEA reserves the right to proceed with early execution of the service. In exceptional cases, the contract can be extended for the time strictly necessary to conclude the process of identifying a new contractor, if specific conditions are met. Additionally, CSEA has the option to extend the contract for a maximum of 6 months. The contract will automatically terminate upon its expiration without prior notice. Assistance and maintenance are guaranteed for the entire contract duration and for at least an additional 12 months beyond the contract's expiration.

The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves the design and implementation of an accounting information system on the SAP S4/HANA platform, which includes functionalities for modules such as FI, CO, AA, FM, and Treasury.

The Statement of Work (SOW) encompasses several key areas:

• WBS1 - SAP HANA System Implementation: This entails the design and implementation of the SAP S4/HANA system, including defining the "to-be" application model, detailed solution design, data modeling, and extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) logics. It also requires a migration strategy for transitioning to the new SAP HANA system and data migration.
• WBS2 - Maintenance: This covers corrective maintenance and monitoring (MAC), adaptive maintenance (MAD), evolutionary maintenance (MEV), and systemic support exclusively within the SAP environment (SIS).
• WBS3 - Hand Over: This includes initial taking charge and the final handover process.
• Training and Operational Support: Provision of training and operational support for all activities that involve changes to system functionalities, including necessary documentation.

Core deliverables explicitly stated in the documents include:

• High-level and detailed project plan.
• Test plan (unit test, integration test, and User Acceptance Testing - UAT).
• Training plan.
• Cutover plan.
• Issue/open point/risk/decision log.
• Documentation for periodic Work Advancement Reports (SAL).
• Documentation for Steering Committee meetings.
• Configuration book.
• RICEFW master list.
• Functional and technical specifications for RICEFW.
• SAP Business Blueprint (BBP), including an AS-IS Analysis.
• User Manual.

The overarching objective is to ensure continuous functional and operational capability of the CSEA accounting information system during its evolution to SAP S4/HANA. The implementation methodologies should align with those prescribed by SAP AG (e.g., ASAP, SAP Activate).
