TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject of these services: Supply of electricity. The contract concerns the supply by the contractor of the electricity produced by IVAGO and injected into the public electricity grid. During the entire term of the contract, the contractor takes over the electricity actually produced by IVAGO and injected via the relevant access point, in accordance with the terms of the contract documents. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and ends on 30 June 2030. The electricity is injected via the following access point: • EAN code: 541448860002785268 • address: Proeftuinstraat 43, 9000 Ghent • grid operator: Fluvius • voltage level: 12 kV The sale of green electricity certificates, guarantees of origin or other environmental attributes is not part of this contract.
