For the new agreement, STC also wishes to contract a single contractor that is responsible for waste management services at all locations that fall within the scope of the contract. The current method of waste collection will, in essence, be continued. The decentralised waste collection containers in the various rooms and at workplaces within the buildings remain the property of STC. STC’s facilities department will remain responsible for emptying these waste collection containers and for transferring the waste streams to the central waste collection containers. The central waste collection containers are made available by the Contractor and remain the property of the Contractor. In recent years, an average of € 100,000 per year has been spent, excluding VAT, on the requested services. No rights can be derived from the estimate for the future. It is nothing more and nothing less than an estimate based on historical figures. This means that the possibility exists that the specified estimate will in practice be higher or lower.
