TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the context of a Europe-wide procurement procedure, Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG awards a framework agreement for influencer marketing services. The commissioned agency is to support SSB in the operational and conceptual implementation of influencer campaigns and, in doing so, translate existing communication and marketing strategies into effective, target group-oriented measures. The scope of services in particular includes the development of campaign concepts and content strategies, the identification and support of suitable influencers, the conduct of price and contract negotiations, the management of content productions, quality assurance and coordination of approvals, as well as KPI-based monitoring and reporting of campaign results. In addition, services in the area of influencer relations, monitoring of the market and trends, and rights and contract management are expected. The measures serve in particular to market the DeutschlandTicket and its additional offerings, increase the use of public transport (ÖPNV), and strengthen the SSB brand.
