TENDER DESCRIPTION

Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG is awarding a framework contract for influencer marketing services as part of a Europe-wide procurement procedure. The agency commissioned is to support SSB in the operational and conceptual implementation of influencer campaigns and, in doing so, convert existing communication and marketing strategies into effective, target group-oriented measures. The scope of services includes in particular the development of campaign concepts and content strategies, identifying and supporting suitable influencers, conducting price and contract negotiations, managing content productions, quality assurance and release coordination, as well as KPI-based monitoring and reporting of campaign results. In addition, services in the area of influencer relations, monitoring of the market and trends, and rights and contract management are expected. The measures are intended in particular to market the DeutschlandTicket and its additional offers, increase the use of public transport, and strengthen the SSB brand.
