TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract notice applies to the implementation of the social housing part of the residential development Agerbæksvej at the address Agerbæksvej 13-17A, 8240 Risskov. The contract is tendered in trade contracts (fagentrepriser) by AG Construction A/S, as delegated contracting authority (delegated client) for the Housing Association of 10 March 1943, department under formation. AG Construction A/S builds the residential development Agerbæksvej in Risskov. The overall project comprises 296 dwellings, distributed across 133 rental dwellings, 94 owner-occupied dwellings and 69 social housing dwellings, together with associated common basement facilities for parking, storage and technical rooms. The development consists of two blocks (karréer) with varying numbers of storeys from six storeys to three storeys. This tender relates solely to the social housing part of the development.
