TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is supervision services for the project “Improvement of the water and wastewater infrastructure of the Vodice–Tribunj–Srima agglomeration 2”. A detailed description of the services is provided in the Project Specification. The services under this Contract include professional supervision services (construction, mechanical, electrical, and surveying/land surveying) within the meaning of the Construction Act (NN 155/25) and the Rules on the manner of implementation of professional supervision of construction, the conditions and the manner of keeping a construction diary, and on the content of the final report of the supervising engineer (NN 131/21, 68/22, 155/25), as well as the Engineer services within the meaning of the Contract Conditions for Plant and Design-Build for electrical and mechanical works and works under the Contractor’s projects, first edition 1999 (the so-called FIDIC Yellow Book), and the Contract Conditions for Construction for building and engineering works under the Employer’s project designs, first edition 1999 (the so-called FIDIC Red Book).
