TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is project management services and legal support in the implementation of the project “Improvement of water and wastewater infrastructure of the Vodice-Tribunj-Srima agglomeration 2”. The services that are the subject of this Contract can be summarised into two basic groups of activities: 1. Legal support and advisory services to the Contracting Authority during the preparation and implementation of the Project, described in more detail in the project terms of reference. 2. Project management services, described in more detail in the project terms of reference. The legal support and advisory services and project management services under this Contract include advisory and support services to the Contracting Authority in the implementation of the following Project activities: 1. Contract 1: Vodice-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA agglomeration - upgrading the sewerage and water supply network, a works contract to be concluded in accordance with the Contract Conditions, so-called FIDIC Red Book, first edition 1999; estimated procurement value of EUR 65,384,156.00 excluding VAT 2.
