TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, commissioning into production, user training, and warranty maintenance of an integrated information system for agroecological zoning of the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter: the AEZ system). The system must represent the central national platform for collecting, managing, analyzing, modeling, visualizing, and distributing agroecological data and the results of agroecological analyses. The aim of the system is to establish a single digital environment that enables identifying and monitoring agroecological zones, assessing suitability for individual agricultural crops, preparing scenario analyses, and supporting the adoption of expert and strategic decisions in the field of agricultural policy, natural resource management, and adaptation to climate change. The system must enable processing large volumes of spatial and time-related data, carrying out complex analytical processes, and distributing results through web GIS interfaces and standardized service interfaces.
