AI 2025-0163 Framework Agreement Temporary Housing The scope of the Contract includes the supply of various types of temporary housing (units) for social facilities. Temporary means that the temporary housing is located at one site for a maximum of 15 years. Temporary housing is used for social purposes and the following types of temporary housing apply: A. Education o Temporary schools and temporary branches o Emergency classrooms for education B. Care o Child daycare o Shelter locations for homeless people, asylum seekers, refugees and crisis shelter o Temporary care homes C. Office provision o Construction site offices / office units o Temporary workplaces for municipalities or project organizations D. Community facilities o Neighborhood rooms/community centers o Municipal information points o Cultural or social meeting spaces E. Sports o Sports canteens o Changing rooms o Storage spaces for sports equipment F. Other o For example beach pavilion Purchase of temporary housing can take place in different contract forms such as rental, purchase and possibly hire-purchase.
