AI 2026-0118 - M&I Diseases and Pests Procurement for a framework agreement with three lots: •Lot 1: Monitoring and Inspection and Advice and Guidance for Asian knotweed* •Lot 2: Monitoring and Inspection Dutch elm disease •Lot 3: Monitoring and Inspection Oak processionary moth The procurement results in a framework agreement for each lot with an initial term of two years and the option for the Contracting Authority to extend it twice, each time by one year. The intended effective date of the framework agreement is in the course of Q1 2027. * Since 2019, the Municipality of Amsterdam has been implementing a programmatic approach for the management of Asian knotweed (hereinafter: ADK) within the public domain. ADK includes: •Japanese knotweed (Reynoutria japonica); •Bohemian knotweed (Reynoutria ×bohemica); •Sakhalin knotweed (Reynoutria sachalinensis). In previous procurement procedures, the program was referred to as Japanese knotweed. Meanwhile, within the program and this procurement, the broader name ADK is used.
