    AI 2026-0118 - M&I Diseases and Pests Tender for a Framework Agreement with three lots: • Lot 1: Monitoring and Inspection and Advice and Guidance on Asian knotweed* • Lot 2: Monitoring and Inspection Elm disease • Lot 3: Monitoring and Inspection Oak processionary moth The tender results in a Framework Agreement for each lot with an initial term of two years and the possibility for the Contracting Authority to extend it twice by one year each time. The intended start date of the Framework Agreement is during Q1 2027. * The Municipality of Amsterdam has been implementing a programmatic approach since 2019 for the control of Asian knotweed (hereinafter: ADK) within public spaces. ADK includes: • Japanese knotweed (Reynoutria japonica); • Bohemian knotweed (Reynoutria ×bohemica); • Sakhalin knotweed (Reynoutria sachalinensis). The program was called the Japanese knotweed program in previous tenders. Currently, the program and this tender align with the broader designation ADK.
