TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery of cone-shaped fittings (Kegelarmaturen) In the context of this procurement, the municipality intends to purchase “cone-shaped fittings (Kegelarmaturen)”. The contract consists of delivering the cone-shaped fittings (Kegelarmaturen) and the required materials. In Chapter 5 of these guidelines, the detailed description of the contract and the requirements set for it are included. Delivery also includes all necessary actions, measures, facilities and the like which are required to deliver the cone-shaped fittings (Kegelarmaturen) in accordance with the Agreement at a particular mutually agreed moment at a location to be indicated in greater detail by the Contracting Authority. Installing the cone-shaped fittings (Kegelarmaturen) does not form part of the scope of this contract.
