TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of Ritter fittings As part of this procurement, the municipality intends to purchase “Ritter fittings”. The assignment consists of supplying the Ritter fittings and the required materials. In Chapter 5 of these instructions for guidance, the detailed description of the assignment and the requirements set out for it are included. In addition, the Delivery also includes all necessary actions, measures, facilities and suchlike required to deliver the Ritter fittings in accordance with the Agreement at a specific agreed time at a location to be further specified by the Contracting Authority. The installation of the Ritter fittings does not fall within the scope of this assignment. Project description A new Framework Agreement must be concluded for the supply of the Ritter fitting because, in the coming years, the municipality of Amsterdam will still have a need for the purchase of the Ritter fitting. For example for malfunctions, damage, new builds and refurbishments. The maintenance contractor is responsible for the installation; this falls outside the scope of this procurement.
