TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery of Ritter fixtures Within the framework of this procurement, the municipality intends to purchase 'Ritter fixtures.' The contract consists of delivering the Ritter fixtures and necessary materials. A detailed description of the contract and the requirements imposed on it are included in Chapter 5 of this guideline. The delivery also includes all necessary actions, measures, provisions, and the like required to deliver the Ritter fixtures in accordance with the Agreement at a certain agreed moment at a location to be specified by the Client. Installing the Ritter fixtures is not within the scope of this contract. Project Description A new Framework Agreement must be concluded for the delivery of the Ritter fixtures because in the coming years the municipality of Amsterdam will still have a need to purchase Ritter fixtures. For example, for malfunctions, damages, new construction, and re-profiling. The maintenance contractor is responsible for installation; this falls outside the scope of this procurement.
