Building Cost Manager new-build Nieuwe Meervaart This procurement concerns the contracting of a Building Cost Manager. This is one of the separate procurement tracks that the Municipality will carry out separately as part of the Integral Design Assignment for the new-build of the Nieuwe Meervaart theatre and the redevelopment of the south-west bank of the Sloterplas (the Integral Design Assignment). The Building Cost Manager works together with the multidisciplinary architectural team responsible for the Integral Design Assignment and with the other disciplines involved in this assignment. These disciplines jointly form the Design Team. The Building Cost Manager forms part of the Design Team as a separate discipline and, based on their specific expertise, contributes so that the Integral Design Assignment can be realized within the available budget.
