TENDER DESCRIPTION
The HUS Group requests tenders for a mother’s milk pasteurisation unit for use by HUS’s Mother’s Milk Centre. The procurement comprises one (1) mother’s milk pasteurisation unit, commissioned, as well as, as an option, one (1) corresponding unit. The purpose of the unit is the safe pasteurisation and cooling of donated mother’s milk in a hospital environment. The unit must be suitable for handling, pasteurising, cooling mother’s milk and, where necessary, for thawing frozen milk. The acquired unit must enable reliable documentation and traceability of the pasteurisation process. The aim is to procure a user-friendly, operationally reliable and hygienic solution that makes handling of mother’s milk efficient and supports patient and user safety. Particular emphasis is placed on the reliability of the process, the accuracy of temperature management, data recording and the serviceability of the unit. The procurement includes, at minimum, delivery, installation, commissioning, commissioning training, operating and maintenance documentation, and services during the warranty period in accordance with the requirements of the tender request.
