TENDER DESCRIPTION

The invitation to tender concerns a framework agreement arrangement for master and architectural design on a time-based fee basis for properties under the management of the City of Kangasala and Herttuan Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy. The architectural designer acts as the master designer in the projects. The contract covers design tasks (master and architectural design) required for small functional, technical renovations and improvements to and alterations of the City of Kangasala’s premises buildings and yard areas, as well as alterations works. The contract may also include design tasks for new-build projects of a limited scope. The contract covers the corresponding master and architectural design tasks for the properties under Herttuan Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy’s management.
