• Lot N°1 – Earthworks – VRD (Roads and Utilities):
• Site installation.
• Research for HAP/asbestos in existing coatings, including 4 core samples and laboratory analysis.
• Demolition of existing walls and concrete slabs, encompassing careful removal, cutting, selective material sorting, loading, transport, and evacuation to valorization channels or approved treatment centers.
• Implementation of regulatory signage and site security signage.
• Management of connection requests and financial responsibility for site utility connections (water and electricity).
• Execution of trenches for utility connections.
• Provision of an exterior water point and a general electrical cabinet (site box) near the premises.
• Supply and removal of all site installations.
• Staking work for structure implantation and research of existing networks on site.

• Reinforcement for foundations.
• Formwork for reinforced concrete walls.
