TENDER DESCRIPTION

Aitoon Emäntäkoulu Oy (“Contracting Authority”) requests offers for a procurement to be implemented by means of a leasing agreement for multifunction printers. The multifunction printers will be delivered to and installed in the educational institution’s premises (buildings Päätalo, Artela, Ainola and Hermia) at the following addresses: Tulikalliontie 54, 36720 Aitoo / Sinitaival 6 (Hermia B5, 1st floor), 33720 Tampere (Tampere unit). The subject of the procurement is a mixed-format leasing supply contract for a multifunction printer device, including full maintenance and service. The leasing procurement includes one (1) A3 multifunction printer device and three (3) A4 multifunction printer devices (hereinafter “devices”) delivered and installed in the premises indicated by the Contracting Authority. In addition, the procurement shall include, if applicable, financing of the devices by the supplier, as well as consumable parts and printer consumables and comprehensive insurance for the devices.
