TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: Tomotherapy accelerator with bunk modernization. The subject of the contract includes: 1) purchase by the Contracting Authority and sale by the Contractor of a factory-new tomotherapy accelerator (hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”) 2) preparation of design documentation and construction and installation works related to the installation of the equipment and adaptation of the premises in the Contracting Authority’s Radiotherapy Department I, in order to meet functional and technical requirements; execution of all works as part of the adaptation and renovation works covered by the subject of the contract 3) dismantling, removal, transport and disposal of the equipment located on the Contracting Authority’s premises, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, together with providing the Contracting Authority with documents confirming proper waste management 4) delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance of the equipment for operation; 5) conducting training for at least 6 employees (in accordance with the ToR) of the Contracting Authority, including operation of the equipment.
