The contract performance deadline is 4 months from the signing of the procurement contract.

The core scope of work for this tender is to furnish the Äkkeküla service building (cadastral code: 51103:004:0026) with items that meet the functional needs of its users.

The Statement of Work summary includes the following core deliverables and responsibilities:

1. Production, delivery, and installation (assembly) of the items specified in the technical description. This also encompasses all necessary work to connect items to the building's communication systems if required for commissioning, and the supply of corresponding connection materials.

2. Organization of user and maintenance training for personnel designated by the buyer.

It is important to note that the tender does not include all furniture, inventory, or equipment listed in "Lisa 2 projektis". The precise scope, items to be ordered, quantities, and positions forming the basis of the offer's cost are detailed in "Vorm 1 Pakkumuse vorm". This form contains clarified, amended, replaced, and additional items to ensure the building's actual intended use, user needs, and the functionality of the furnishings.
