TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract to be concluded is the purchase of window coverings together with their transport, installation, sales warranty and the provision of other additional services, in accordance with the conditions set out in the procurement base documents and in the tender (including the removal and utilisation of the contracting authority’s existing curtain track systems/window coverings). 2. The requirements for the window coverings and the requirements for the services to be provided by the tenderer during performance of the contract are described in particular in the “Technical description of the contract subject matter (TK)” located in Annex No 2 of the procurement explanatory document (RSD) and in its annex (TK Annex No 1 “Specification of the window coverings”). 3.
