TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the update to the drainage master plan of the town of Brandýs nad Labem – Stará Boleslav based on the document “Analysis of changes and needs for updating the drainage master plan of the town of Brandýs nad Labem–Stará Boleslav” prepared in April 2026 by STAVOKOMPLET spol. s r.o., as the operator of the water supply and sewerage system for public use, with emphasis on the following key areas: • creation of an updated modern tool for understanding the behaviour of the drainage system, efficient operation of the sewer network and optimisation of the financial resources spent on the system as part of the recovery plan as well as the plan for maintenance and repairs of the sewer network, • identification of the main drainage problems of the town, • proposal of the drainage concept for the developable area with a view according to the land-use plan and also the built-up area that has not yet been addressed; including recommendations for optimisation measures, • ensuring the technical, economic and environmental balance of the proposed reconstructions and new investment intentions related to the further development of the system within the town’s…
