TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a service carried out for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, on whose behalf and for whose benefit the Mazowiecki Zespół Parków Krajobrazowych (Mazovian Landscape Parks Team) acts, consisting in preparing updates to the protection plans for landscape parks: Masovian and Narew, carried out as a project co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the program Fundusze Europejskie dla Mazowsza 2021–2027; Priority II “European Funds for the green development of Mazovia”, Measure 2.7 “Biodiversity”. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract according to the rules and conditions described in Annex No 5 to the SWZ - Draft contractual provisions.
