The contract comes into effect on the day both parties sign it, or on the later signing date if they sign on different days. The total duration of the contract is 630 calendar days from its effective date. The final deadline for completion is 630 calendar days from the contract's effective date, but no later than September 15, 2028. This date is 15 days before the current physical completion date of the underlying project, which is September 30, 2028. The physical completion date of the project may change, but the 630-calendar-day duration from the contract's effective date will remain the same.

Key milestones and their deadlines, calculated from 'T' (the contract's effective date), are as follows:

• Ü-1 (Basic Competence Measurement Functional Module Handover): T+90 calendar days.
• Ü-2 (Basic Competence Measurement Organizational Functional Module Handover): T+180 calendar days.
• Ü-3 (Support for the Introduction of Basic Competence Measurement Support Software): T+210 calendar days.
• Ü-4 (Support for the Application of Basic Competence Measurement Support Software): T+630 calendar days. This includes the implementation of output basic competence measurement by T+600 calendar days, followed by 30 calendar days of support, but not exceeding the 15th day before the project's physical completion date.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the delivery, implementation, and support of a "Basic Competence Measurement Support Software" within the framework of the GINOP PLUSZ-5.2.1-23-2023-00001 project, aimed at developing measurement-evaluation, knowledge accounting, and transferability in vocational training.

The Statement of Work is broken down into four main performance milestones, with associated core deliverables:

1. Delivery of the Basic Competence Measurement Functional Module (Ü-1):

• Documentation for requirements-functionality mapping.
• License verification for the delivered boxed software.
• Test plan for acceptance testing.
• Test report for acceptance testing.

2. Delivery of the Basic Competence Measurement Organizational Functional Module (Ü-2):

• Documentation for requirements-functionality mapping.
• License verification for the delivered boxed software, ensuring unlimited use for organizations and users.
• Test plan for acceptance testing.
• Test report for acceptance testing.
• Preparation of the module for handover.

3. Support for the Introduction of the Basic Competence Measurement Support Software (Ü-3):

• Documentation of the software (user manuals, operational manuals, and introductory videos).
• Implementation and launch plan for the software, detailing scope, organization, roles, IT tasks, IT security, administrative, communication, and training tasks.
• Training program and digital lectures for trainers preparing them to use the software.

4. Support for the Application of the Basic Competence Measurement Support Software (Ü-4):

• A report on the support provided for the software's application.

The contractor is responsible for delivering the specified software product(s) and modules, along with related services, as detailed in the Technical Description, and must ensure all deliverables meet the defined technical and functional requirements.
