TENDER DESCRIPTION

Total consultancy and assistance in connection with the urban development project from Albani Square to the Historic Stairway, etc. The project is a central part of the urban development project From Street to Town, and includes processing and redesign of the public spaces around Albani Square, St. Knud’s Square and the adjoining areas. The project is intended to create connected, attractive and robust public spaces with high quality for staying and moving about, supporting the historical and architectural character of the city centre. After access to the parking basement has been closed and there is essentially only goods vehicle traffic in the area, it provides better conditions for more active city life in the area. This project is the final part of the transformation and includes improvements to Albani Square, transformation of St. Knud’s Square, adjustments to Flakhaven and Klingenberg, and the establishment of the Historic Stairway.
