TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume (basic contract) of 13 695.39 MWh. The data are indicative in nature. 2. Number of metering systems that settle electricity consumption: 519 units. 3. The metering systems are adapted to the supplier-change procedure. 4. The contracting authority has provided a detailed description of the offtake points (PPE) in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 5. Supplies will be carried out in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028; details regarding delivery dates with respect to individual offtake points are described in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, column “Supply period”. 6. The currently applicable contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or will be terminated with effect as of the day preceding the planned start date of the supply (column “Supply period”). The obligation to give notice of termination of the contracts lies with the Contracting Authorities (recipients). 7.
