TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume (basic order) of 13,695.39 MWh. The data is indicative. 2. Number of metering systems measuring consumed electrical energy: 519 units. 3. The metering systems are adapted to the supplier change procedure. 4. A detailed description of consumption points (PPE) is provided by the contracting authority in Annex 1a to the ToR. 5. Deliveries will be made from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028; details regarding delivery dates for individual consumption points are described in Annex 1a to the ToR, column "Delivery period". 6. Current electricity supply agreements will expire or be terminated effective the day before the planned start of supply (column "Delivery period"). Termination of agreements is the responsibility of the contracting authorities (recipients). 7.
