TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Winning Bidder’s task is to annually renew the Dynatrace target software licenses used by the Contracting Authority with the manufacturer, and to provide software monitoring and technical support for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. During use of the application, for monitoring the user experience, on connection to the interface, a so-called visitor visit management unit (DEM), as well as a traffic monitoring unit (DDU) are also called up.
