TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the tender is the award of an ALKIS (Official Land Register Information System) procedural solution for the Geoinformation and Urban Planning department of the City of Mannheim. The ALKIS procedure (Official Land Register Information System) for maintaining and providing data, in itself, constitutes a large and comprehensive digitalisation project within the scope of e-government. To maintain the data of the land register, the software products (3A product line) of VertiGIS have been used to date. This product line uses Arc-Map/Arc-Gis from ESRI as the GIS component. Due to the termination of maintenance as of 31.12.2027 by the previous provider, a suitable successor product is being sought as part of this tender. This is a software solution for which annual licences are rented. In addition, one-off external consulting costs are incurred (project planning and coordination, setting up a primary and secondary database, setting up ALI procedures, adjustments to the City of Mannheim’s infrastructure, etc.). In addition, staff will still need to be trained.
