TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement is the award of an ALKIS (Official Land Register Information System) process solution for the Department of Geoinformation and Urban Planning of the City of Mannheim. The ALKIS (Official Land Register Information System) procedure for managing and providing the data, in itself, is a large and comprehensive digitisation project within the scope of e-government. For managing the data of the land register, the software products (3A product line) of VertiGIS have been used to date. This product line uses Arc-Map/Arc-Gis from ESRI as its GIS component. Due to the termination of maintenance as of 31.12.2027 by the current provider, a suitable successor product is being sought as part of this procurement. This is a software solution for which annual licences must be rented. In addition, there are one-off external consulting costs (project planning and coordination, establishment of a primary and secondary database, setup of NBA procedures, adaptations to the infrastructure of the City of Mannheim, etc.).
