TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this mission is to carry out pre-work diagnostics: asbestos, lead, termites at the ALSH de la Hume site in Gujan-Mestras (33). The operation concerns the in situ rehabilitation of the 3 existing ALSH buildings identified as remarkable heritage under the PLU of the city of Gujan-Mestras. The buildings to be diagnosed will be free of any activity and may be subject to destructive investigations. Diagnostics will be carried out according to the phasing indicated in the contract documents. The usable area of the buildings to be rehabilitated is approximately 550 m². These buildings were subject to an Asbestos Technical File carried out in 2019 and pre-work diagnostics conducted in 2023. The diagnostics to be carried out and covered by this contract complement diagnostics performed as part of the Asbestos Technical File by Bureau VERITAS in 2019 and pre-work diagnostics conducted by AED Groupe in 2023, which are not exhaustive.
