TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Hungarian Defence Forces Health Centre intends to procure general and emergency healthcare consumables through a framework agreement concluded with one tenderer pursuant to Article 105 (1) a) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), for delivery to the following sites: (1) 1183 Budapest, Tünde street, parcel no. 0137664 (2) 8380 Hévíz, Ady Endre street 31 (3) 6000 Kecskemét, Balaton street 17. The total value of the framework agreement is up to a net amount of HUF 865,604,065 pursuant to Article 105 (1) a) of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority is not obligated to realize the procurement. Performance: multiple call-offs, multiple deliveries, possibility of issuing partial invoices. The framework amount in the 1st partial tender round is HUF 6,487,815. Estimated quantity: 17 different general patient care products, 198,213 pcs according to the technical description.
