TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract will be awarded for services for object planning for open-space facilities pursuant to §§ 38 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 No. 11.1 HOAI for the redesign and enhancement of Johannistorwall in the western section of the northern wall. The area to be processed covers approximately 3,300 m² within the circulation areas, or approximately 5,800 m² including the circulation areas. The planning in particular includes developing an overall open-space planning concept, including the integration of existing trees and inclusion play equipment, as well as planning play, sitting, lounging, planting, paths, water and evaporation areas. In addition, the required equipment and furnishings, lighting and — insofar as provided for in the concept — water technology are to be planned. In the planning, in particular the requirements for barrier-free access, playground safety, climate resilience, biodiversity, and nature protection as well as species, monuments and subsurface (archaeological) monument protection must be taken into account.
