TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Old Hanseatic City of Lemgo intends to award project management services in accordance with AHO for the three investment ISEK measures "enhancement of Lippegarten", "enhancement of Johannistorwall" and "conversion of Neue Torstraße". The binding scope of services includes project stage 1. This in particular comprises the transfer of the project, the establishment as well as the ongoing maintenance of a digital project management system, and the overarching management of the projects up to the stage of being ready for funding and/or submission. This includes in particular schedule, cost, risk, issue, interface, coordination, and decision management, as well as the validation and tracking of cost estimates, budget and funding deadlines, awarding procedures, reports and any necessary supporting contributions.
