TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Old Hanseatic City of Lemgo intends to award project management services in accordance with AHO for the three investment ISEK measures "Aufwertung Lippegarten", "Aufwertung Johannistorwall" and "Umgestaltung Neue Torstraße". The binding scope of services comprises project stage 1. In particular, this includes taking over the project, setting up and the ongoing maintenance of a digital project management system, and the overarching management of the projects up to grant and/or application readiness. This includes in particular scheduling, cost, risk, issue, interface, coordination and decision management, as well as the validation and follow-up of cost estimates, budget and funding deadlines, award procedures, reports and the required supporting submissions. The contracting authority reserves the right to call off project stages 2 and 3 in stages for further planning and procurement preparation, project stage 4 for overarching project management during construction execution, and project stage 5 for overarching project management during project completion.
