TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution of floor covering works as part of the renovation of the nursing home at Neviandtstraße. Production of approximately 4,000 m² of linoleum floor covering, of which approximately 2,400 m² are linoleum and approximately 1,600 m² are linoleum in wood-look design. Including subfloor preparation, grinding, priming, and filling works on approximately 4,000 m². Delivery and installation of approximately 3,800 lfdm solid skirting boards, and production of the required connection, sound, and sealing joints. Including ancillary works, first cleaning, and protective covering of the completed floor surfaces.
