TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the provision of a regional home care service in the areas of Sahanmäki, Mustamännistö and Ahdenkallio in the city of Hyvinkää, which belongs to the Central Uusimaa Welfare Region. The overall home care area is referred to as the Ahdenkallio area and is presented in greater detail in Appendix 1.1 Home Care Area. On the basis of the procurement, one (1) service provider shall be selected to provide the services with overall responsibility for the customers in the home care area. The contracting entity may also select one (1) substitute supplier for the area. “Home care” means home care under Section 19a of the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014). The implementation of a client’s service is based on the client-specific decision of the contracting party and the client plan. The service shall be provided in accordance with the applicable legislation and the instructions/orders of lower-level authorities. In addition, the service shall be provided in accordance with the contracting party’s currently applicable instructions concerning home care.
